Parking Procedures for Metrofest 2017
Metrofest Tournament 2017 Parking Plan
- All patrons will be directed and enter through side road
- To prevent back up’s, no drop offs will be allowed to happen until patrons have passed through the ticket gate
- At the ticket gate there will be 4 lanes. The 3 lanes on the far right will be for cash/parking passes and 1 gate on the far left will be for the coaches, volunteers, employees, and drop offs.
- The lanes will be colored coded to match parking passes
- Parking will be $10 per car for the entire weekend. Stubs must be kept for the entire weekend to prevent additional charges.
- The three cash lanes will all be directed to the front parking lot. Starting at Fields 1 and 6 (700 spaces available including field 12)
- Referees, employees, and volunteers will be directed to the back-gravel lot.
- Coaches parking will be by Field 12 then in the main parking area. They should take the first available spot.
- All drop offs will be directed to the exit road along fields 1-5
- Handicap/elderly parking will first be directed to the concession side of the main parking lot if these spots fill up then they will be directed to the parking area marked by fields 8-10.
(30 handicap spaces available marked by cones)
- Overflow parking will be directed to the back-gravel parking lot
(750 spaces available)
- Shuttles will only be allowed in the upper parking lot to pick up elderly individuals and must follow normal traffic patterns. General pick-ups from the back parking lot will take place in front of the stairs.
